There comes a point where you must decide whether or not you will obey God even when you don’t want to.
That is SURRENDER.
The same holds true with the Bible. Do you accept the authority of the Bible even if you don’t like something it says?
That is SUBMISSION.
Some Christians want all the PROMISES and the VICTORY of Christ without the SURRENDER or SUBMISSION to Christ. But the promises and victory only come THROUGH the surrender and submission.
