Immature Christians cannot successfully rely on their “gut” or their “spirit” to discern truth. This requires:
- Biblical literacy
- Submission to God & self denial
- Commitment to sanctification
Relationship with the Holy Spirit
All of this takes much time and work to accomplish.
The daily walk of a mature Christian will look and function completely differently than an immature Christian.
There are no shortcuts.
Spiritual maturity must be learned and earned step by step.
